I’m a furniture maker living and working amongst woodland just outside Oswestry in Shropshire. My furniture is based on traditional designs, beautifully made and I do like to let the character of the timber have it’s say.

Many a happy hour is spent rummaging around woodyards carefully selecting beautiful wood, with a local provenance where possible, which I use to craft individual pieces of furniture. Windsor chairs and Welsh Stick chairs of all shapes and sizes are my speciality, but I also make all sorts of free-standing furniture.
