Due to the unprecedented amount of emails we receive requesting a stall for a particular event, it is no longer possible to answer individual enquiries.
If you wish to contact us regarding membership or booking a stall, we ask that you please read about our membership criteria and selection process before contacting us. Please be patient and consider that our organisation is run entirely by the committee who are all volunteers who run their own businesses by day (and night!) and may well be trading at events. Made in Shropshire is run by the makers, for the makers, and this is what makes us so unique. You will not find any mass market items here, each item, whether a cushion or an ice cream, are designed, made or produced in our wonderful county of Shropshire.
If you think you have a niche product or specialisation that would compliment our current member list, and wouldlike to apply to become a member ofMade in Shropshire, then please read the criteria below.

You will find all answers regarding our criteria and application process on this page and FAQ. Please read thoroughly before contacting us. We cannot offer membership or a guest stall without an application form. If you are based in Wales, no matter how close to the border, regrettably, we cannot offer a membership.

We are a curated group of makers with no competing products or duplication, so our visitors are presented with a diverse range of stalls and every member has a chance to shine.
For this reason membership is by selection process only.
Membership is not offered on a first come, first served basis.
If you live or work in Shropshire, making, designing or growing your own produce, and you think you have a niche product or specialism that is not currently represented by our current members, then we would be delighted to hear from you.

Please read about our selection process and download and complete our application form on this page. You will need Acrobat Reader to do this, which you can download for free. Alternatively, you can print, complete and post your form to our membership secretary.
- All prospective members are subject to a selection process.
- When your application is received, it will be safely held until opening becomes available in your specific trade.
- You may be invited to meet some of our Committee members to tell us more about your products.
- If your application is successful, membership is by annual subscription, currently £40.00 (plus stall fees paid per fair booked).
